Payment Terms
You may pay at the time of Inspection, or pay at closing.
Prior to performing the inspection, there are two documents you will receive to be completed and returned via fax or e-mail:
- Instructions to Title Company / Closing Agent (If you elect to pay at closing)
- Pre Inspection Agreement. This document defines the home inspection, the limitations, and the agreement therein.
