One call is all you need to make. I will arrange the inspection with the realtor and or home owners. If a WDI (Wood Destroying Insect) inspection is needed, I will arrange for this to take place at the time of the inspections.

Steps of a typical Inspections:

I perform the inspection at a designated time
I ask you to arrive for a review at a designated time
I review all the findings of the home with you, from the least to the most important. (I believe in one-on-one personal interface where issues can be reviewed and discussed.)
I take the time to inform you of why certain standards exist and the benefits of following these standards
At the end of the review, you should have a good idea of what the most important issues are about the home. (All homes, new or old, have issues. What is important is being able to prioritize the most serious or energy saving opportunities).
